John and Kimberly Nelson are your hosts and the owners of J & J Cabins in Salmon, Idaho. Our luxury log cabins are Amish built in Libby, Montana and completed in June, 2018. They are hand crafted, in exquisit detail to offer our guests an authentic log cabin experience with all the luxury of modern day living.

HOUSE MANUAL & RENTAL POLICIES
NO SMOKING
All Cabins are NON-SMOKING Cabins. This includes conventional tobacco products as well as e-cigarettes, vapor devices and tobacco alternative products and devices. A cleaning fee of $300.00 will be charged if smoking occurs in this cabin. Additionally, any use of cannabis for medical or recreational use is prohibited in any cabin, and any violation will also result in a $300.00 charge. Any use of cannabis in public areas, including outdoor grounds, remains illegal. Idaho State Law does not require hotels or J&J Cabins to provide accommodations for any on-site medical use of cannabis
PETS Are Welcome but limited...
J&J Cabins are Pet Friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $25.00 per stay in addition to the following limitations. Pets must be pre approved! Pets are limited to ONE pet under 50 pounds. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and are not to be left UNATTENDED on the property, or in the cabins at any time. A cleaning fee of $300.00 will be charged for any violation of this policy.
PAYMENT POLICY
You agree that your liability for this bill is not waived, and you agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of these charges. you agree that you are fully liable for any additional charges that are assessed for damages or theft, beyond normal room usage, including any cleaning fees assessed for violation of the NO SMOKING and/or PET policies outlined above. You understand that a sales draft can be processed without your signature.
FEDERAL RATE/GOVERNMENT RATES
J&J Cabins honors the current FEDERAL RATE for government employee housing. Government entities must have a current Government issued ID, and will be required to complete a Federal or State Tax Exempt Form at the time of check-in.
EXTENDED STAY RATES
J&J Cabins offer discount rates for extended stay guests. These rates will be at or below the current Federal Government Rate. Please contact us to inquire about current extended stay rate options.
Cancellation Policy
A Full Refund will be honored if cancellation is made within five (5) days prior to arrival/check in date.
